This journal works well when printed on standard 80 gsm paper, but for a nicer finish — especially on colorful or activity-heavy pages — thicker paper (100–160 gsm or light cardstock) is recommended.

Once filled in, the pages can be punched and tied with ribbon, placed in a folder, or spiral-bound.
